The images of bridal gowns and the rituals associated with marriage have become significant sources for expressing the dissonance sometimes found in “Happily Ever After”. The simultaneously intimate and universal experiences of women are embedded in these images as happily ever after is explored across generations.

The lily pond paintings are an extension of the "Happily Ever After" series where metaphor for renewal is  the controlling concept.

Outside of the series, grace is found within the play of light and color upon the ordinary, a story realized.
