"Just Tell Her..."
Picking phones up at the same time, "Just tell her...." was what was heard. In that instant all that was believed to be right and true in the world shifted. It has some taken time for this event to become the content of a painting. The skin tones of the figure are purposefully divided in a cold light of day and a garish red. Failure and shame are now public, children’s lives irreversibly changed.
